[MCPE-98163] Leash does not connect to player’s hand in first person

A Little Bug that Makes the leashed go mid-air while swimming In first-person but when in third person back, front the lead is on the hand while swimming

@OcelotOnesie Thank you for letting me know. I am so sorry for breaking the Rule 😞 I feel bad about it.

The reason why I did that because there are no moderators that respond sorry again. It will never happen again I will just sit here and hopefully the bugs should be fixed
