The elytras have wrong textures, which is their icons look different in the inventory and my mainhand.Although they aren't broken, they still have the textures of "broken_elytra".

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-19700, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as Won't Fix, which means this is considered a bug but won't be fixed. The description of that ticket or the comments might explain the rationale. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
