Bees and hive don't spawn naturally when new world is created for the first time.
Step 1. create a new world/seed
step 2. look for bees ( most likely wont find any)
Over all: bees are extremely rare to find.
in 40 world /seeds all different ive only seen 1 bee hive with 1 bee in it
As of Hot fix 1.17.2 , bees still are still extremely rare.
would expect to find bees a little bit easier

I've seen this in 2 new worlds. Bees are very hard to find.
