In the latest version of minecraft, my achievements are missing (I alredy unlocked everything) and my game hours are 0 (there were more than 100 before). In the Android version they are the same problems, in the last beta version too. The problem goes not only with me, but with my friends and my sister. 😞

The "0 hour" counter is fixed in 1.16.100.(??), if you can access betas, you should be able to see the fix.
Edit: If the new beta doesn't help, would you make sure it's not a brand new Microsoft account?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
