Cannot get Ice and Packed Ice with Silk Touch

Cannot obtain Ice or Packed Ice using a Silk Touch pick.

If you attempt this, the block just breaks. There is no drop of Ice or Packed Ice.

For me this does not work with spawners. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Gt - N7100

Confirmed on build 10 of 0.12.1. Also can't pickup spawners with silk touch.

@Namitha The ability to pick up Spawners with Silk Touch is not intended to be possible.
