[MCPE-99108] My skin created in Minecraft character creator fails to load

My skin i created in Minecraft character creator fails to load so i tried deleting it and making a new one but, the "outerwear" i was using didn't load but everything else did. I tried closing minecraft, restarting my PS4 but nothing works. But the character i tried deleting kept appearing back when i closed and opened Minecraft again.

This happens still in 1.16.201

On my PS4 I cannot change the skin. It is possible to scroll through the list of dressing and design, but the preview-player don't take effect. The only options are Steve and Alex, but nothing else.
When I created a nice skin with the Android-Version, it couldn't be loaded on the PS4.

So I can confirm the error of Ouyg
