[MCPE-99117] Bug when putting up more than 25,000 TNT

It started when I was playing Minecraft: Education Edition running version 1.14.31 and I put up Code Builder, then I put 1000 TNT and then after that the remnants is see-trough

Steps to Reproduce:

1: Go to this following seed: -1120006019

2: /tp @s 5992, 75, 2234

3: Blow up 20,000 TNT!!

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
