[MCPE-9926] can not get severs for windows 10

can not get any severs when create it does not pop up I have entered the ip address correctly

Not a bug. This is because no servers are at 0.12.0 and it may take a while for them to make it available to play with pe.

There is currently no Windows 10 servers, they will be added when MCPE is in 0.12.1. To join a server with a LAN IP (738.343.8.34 ect.) you have to click Worlds then Friends but I think that is a separate bug altogether.
