8 Inconsistent bugs and issues within Realms

Minecraft Realms on Bedrock edition has proven to be quite unstable for my use. I recently purchased the Minecraft Realms Plus through Windows, so i gained access to lots of marketplace content. I played around and stumbled upon very inconvenient issues and bugs. I play alone on the realm and no one has access to my realm except me.

These bugs were found across Windows 11 and Samsung Galaxy S10 (Exynos variant)

Bugs found:

• When i played on Realms via PC (Windows), and then switches platform to Android and join the Realm, there is a high chance my customized skin gets changed, making it resemble steve (the shirt and the pants specifically), indicating that the purchased customized parts of my skin didn't get loaded.

• When i play marketplace maps and activate cheats/change gamemode/change world settings, whatever command blocks that map has, all of them starts to constantly spam their output in the chat. I use the command in the chat /gamerule commandblockoutput false That works. However, if i rejoin the realm, the gamerule is automatically set to true, and thus spams the ouput of any activated/repeating command blocks in the chat again.

• When downloading a marketplace template map from realms cloud to local device, often times, the required resource packs/behaviour packs doesn't come along with the downloaded map, nor does minecraft give the option to set the resource pack/behaviour pack that the map requires in order to function properly if the packs/template is already downloaded on the device through the marketplace storefront.

• [Consistent Bug] On a related note to the previous bug, when i am to download a marketplace map/texture pack, more than often the download prompt says that the download will be 0 KB. And upon pressing "Download" button, nothing happens regardless if the map/resource pack is bundled with Realms Plus subscription

• [Consistent Bug] The Update button for marketplace maps and resource packs seems to not function. The map template can however be created if the map template is present in the small ''Create New World'' Template Section 

• The game's HUD seems to randomly disappear when going through the settings and exiting the settings, having to restart the entire game in order to get it back, this seems to happen primarly in realms, but i have had this bug appear on a local world. 

• [Consistent Bug] Text on signs seems to disappear inconsistently on Realms worlds. I play Minecraft on Swedish Language. So i create a double chest for storing weapons. After typing in the swedish word for weapons; "Vapen" on the sign, the text disappears. I suspected it was a censorship. However, upon testing and typing in an inappropriate word onto a sign, the inappropriate word will appear as ****, and only that word will appear as ****, indicating that the word is censored, which is working as intended. So i tested only typing in "Vape". And that seemed to cause all the text on the sign to disappear. So i am uncertain if this is a hidden censorship or a bug. There are many more words that causes the text on sign to disappear. My only workaround for this is to download the map from Realms cloud, typing the intended words on the sign on local device and then upload the map to Realms.

• Downloading and Uploading survival maps seem to cause some inconsistent bugs. After having removed Enchanted Diamond Armor from a armor stand, then uploading/downloading the map to/from Realms, seems to reset the armor stand, giving it back the Enchanted Diamond Armor while my character still wears the armor. So in other word. A Duplication Bug.

Some of these bugs are difficult to replicate because the bugs on realms seems to be inconsistent and somewhat unpredictable. I have a very reliable and fast internet connection, using 5GHz Wifi. So it is unlikely that my internet connection could cause these problems.
