I have been trying to activate a 10 player realm and the system has made me pay for the subscription twice and it still won’t let me start a realm.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

What exact messages (in English) do you get when you are unable to start the realm?
We cannot address any payment-related issues via the bug tracker. You would need to contact Minecraft Support for that.
