Setting game rules and creating structures, once you leave and rejoin, everything gets reset. When attempting to load structures, it loads as air; all command blocks will show its output, mobs will spawn, and weather will be enabled again. This usually occurs when no one joins the realm after 30 minutes to 1 hour.
