Destroying one Sea Turtle Egg on a stack of more than one in Creative Mode destroys 2 at once

While you are in Creative Mode, trying to break one Sea Turtle Egg in a stack of 2 or more on one block breaks 2 eggs instead of 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into Creative Mode
2. Place 2 (or more) Sea Turtle Eggs on one block
3. Destroy one of the eggs

Expected Results:
1 Sea Turtle Egg gets destroyed.

Observed Results:
2 Sea Turtle Eggs get destroyed.

Notes:
I assume this bug relates to [REALMS-10464] because of the fact that both blocks share the same mechanic to where you left-click on them and they change block states instead of being destroyed.
