[REALMS-10538] Command blocks do not keep the commands typed

Makes it impossible to use command blocks. It says command saved, but when I click out of the command block it erases the command.

Can confirm this bug on Xbox One X and Windows 10 PC as of 1.19.10

Yesterday I discovered a very simple and reliable workaround however: this bug only seems to occur for command blocks with undefined (blank) hover text. In 100% of the tests I conducted, this bug did not occur if a hover text was set. Simply assigning any (non-null) value for the command block's label / hover text property (top left corner) seems to be a reliable way to avoid the issue entirely.
