Wandering Trader's inventory sometimes has two items that are the same. I've seen this with seeds and dye so far, no other items as of yet.
I have not YET tested buying both items to see how they act (i.e. if they're actually the same item, if they're even usable.) but notes will be added as I test more.

Does this issue occur only on Realms or it can be reproduced on local worlds/BDS? What resource are you using? Does this issue occur with resource visible on screenshot disabled?
