So I have had a realm for two years now and the world is 4000mb+ and it wont let me download it how can i, I have a pc and xbox please let me know if have any ideas thanks 😃

What happens when you try to download the world? (Error messages, etc)? If you get an error message, exactly what does it say (in English)?
