[REALMS-10810] Outdated realm message

When I try to join my friend's realm, this pops up:

Could not connect: Outdated server!

The Realm you are attempting to access is a different version. contact the owner of the Realm to address the issue.

It sometimes shows people are on it, or shows 0 people, then jumps to saying full.

Has the realm owner updated to the latest version (currently 1.19.30) and then joined the realm with that version? If not, they will need to do so to get the realm updated. As mentioned, please contact the realm owner and have them update.
If they are unable to join, they can try closing and reopening the realm.

I'm not sure, but it showed people were on at one point

It still says it's at 0 people, and then at full, and i can't contact the owner until i get on

This is normal. Recommendation would be to have another means of contacting the owner of the realm outside of Minecraft. The server should automatically update within 48 hours unless the owner updates it first.
The issue with the number of players online is separate from the outdated server message and is tracked in REALMS-2061.
