[REALMS-10849] You can't breed villagers in a realm

steps to recreate:
1. Go onto a realm that you do not own

2. summon or find a villager

3.try to give it bread and the villagers will not pick it up.

Is "Mob Griefing" turned off for the world?
Does the issue also occur on a local copy of the realm world?
(You may need to contact the realm owner for this information.)
You might also try this on a realm of your own if you have one.

Sorry for the late response but I looked into it and after contacting the realm owner they had said that mob griefing was enabled. Sorry about the confusion.
