We had the server update 1.19.40 yesterday at 5 pm EST. I logged into my account and upgraded via Microsoft store and launched my Realm again and it worked. I got a message at 7:43 pm EST that the server was down and checked on it again (from one of my friends who's a member of the server). I tried myself to connect to the server but kept getting the message "Unable to connect to realm. Failed attempting to join realm. Please try again later." I tried removing the addon and launching no joy. I tried download the latest copy and putting on one of the other instances and launching that one. No dice. I tried downloading before the update and then playing for a minute or two as and then uploading it again to another instance of Realms and it gave me the same message. I tried all this last night and this morning tried it again but nothing has changed my realm has been down for 17 hours and unsure why it even happened.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Is this still an issue?
Is anyone able to join the realm world?
Are you able to activate one of the other realm slots and join that world?
If you are still not able to access your purchased realm you might also contact the Minecraft Help Center. They should be able to check on the status of the realm server directly.
