It does not allow to connect to the worlds in realm from a PC, however when entering from a mobile device it does allow it, problem occurs from version 1.19.31

Are you using the same account / gamer id on both the PC and mobile device?
If not, then is the issue for a specific account, regardless of device, or does it fail for all accounts on the PC and work for all on the mobile?
