I have recently created a realm for my team for us to build on since our previous one was coming to an end and now the realm crashes and everything gets set back 10-15 minutes.
We are using the current version of bedrock and we have a custom terraformer on the world. We believe the terraformer is not the issue as it is only made up of one ticking area and all command blocks. There was no problem recorded on the previous server with the terraformer active but I think it would be great to note this incase something with the commands could be the problem.
We are using a custom texture pack that changes the game coding a tiny bit for music, audio and textures. I have previously removed the texture packs to see if that might be the problem, but the realm still managed to crash even with it removed.
I am willing to send any code or files that might be needed but I will private this post incase that is needed. On behalf of my team and the Minecraft community,
I hope we can work together to figure this bug out and make the Minecraft Realm community better, together.

Also, what do you mean that the "Realm is hosted on a Windows 10 Pro..."?
Are you using a BDS, or a paid-for Realm?

Usually bug reports about crashing are resolved as Invalid. In general, the realm server will automatically send crash logs to the developers for analysis, and nearly every game update has some crash fixes based on those reports.
However, since you have said from the start that you will help diagnose the issue, we can try that approach first.
In general, we need a way that someone else can reproduce the identical crash you are experiencing, with a clear repeatable list of steps to do so.
Some suggestions for you to try:
Remove all non-vanilla / custom add-ons, particularly any "code" you have used.
Remove the ticking area / command blocks
Ask your members to carefully note what they were doing immediately before the crash and then try try to reproduce that
Ask your members to use the automatic recording of last ?? seconds of gameplay (available on some devices) to help them in repeating the steps
Please understand that none of these ideas might result in a repeatable set of steps. However, as stated before, the crash logs are automatically sent and will be analyzed even without additional information.
