It's the same issue reported for years that has yet to be fixed.
I make a portal anywhere in the overworld, and it links to the same nether portal in the Nether.
Making a new portal in the Nether will link to a portal in the overworld at the correct coordinates, but using any overworld portal takes me back to the original portal in the Nether.

i had this happen to me as well. but it was more complicated. i would make a portal, go through it, go back through it, and it wouldn't spit me back out of my original portal, and in another world, i made a portal in the over world AND nether (and multiple at that fact) and the all ended up going through the same portal.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Please include the coordinated of all portals and how they appear to connect.
Does this only occur on a realm or does the same issue occur in a local copy of that world?
