[REALMS-11213] Crash on Realm

Crashes the game completely when loading when entering the nether or overworld, sometimes when entering the realm.

When it goes to crash, it doesn't load the chunks or takes too long to load.

However, this issue is Invalid for the bug tracker.

Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
