I renewed my purchase three days ago and have been having the same problem ever since. When I enter the world in realms, a message appears as in the picture, even though I am connected to a reliable home network through which I talk with my friend without problems. After multiple network changes, the same problem still occurs and I am unable to play on the server. This is not the first time this problem occurs. Previously, this was resolved after 20 minutes of constantly changing networks, but it keeps repeating. What should I do? I paid money for realms and i can't enjoy it.
