[REALMS-11471] Changing difficulty from menu causes hides GUI when backed out

There is a very annoying bug which is affecting gameplay massively:

To Reproduce:

Expected Results:

No issues when doing this

Observed Results:

all GUI disappears, co ordinates, paper doll, hand, hot bar etc... (almost like spectator mode)

Character can still move and interact with things, but there is no GUI.

Further Updates, Sometimes the bug will completely black out the screen, and can be worked around by leaving the game and rejoining the realm
