Whenever I visit a pillager outpost to try to get bad omen I usually get a full outpost. I return again after the raid and no pillagers spawn. I wait until night, load and unload chunks, change difficultys, leave and rejoin and still nothing helps. I don't even get common raider partys near my house in the realm either.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Are there other players on the realm at the same time? It may be that you have reached the mob cap.
Does the same issue occur in a local copy of the world?
