I have started a minecraft realm and I have operater and I want to get some achievements to get cosmetics but I am not receiving any. I have not change anything in the settings and cheats are off. ( my friend's are still getting achievements)

I just looked and it is only certain achivments. Yesterday it says i got 2 but when i do other achvientys on other worlds like craft a sighn and place it

Does this only happen on a Realm or does the issue occur in a local copy of the world?
Does the world say whether or not you are allowed to earn achievements?
Can you get achievements in a new local world?
