Most of us know how and why a raid works. Killing a pillager captain carrying the banner flag gives bad omen, then being near a village triggers a raid.
This is how many raid farms work, like the one that works in our realm (JC Playz Design).
The issue arises after you successfully finish the raid, though.
Normally, once you receive the hero of the village buff for finishing the raid, that should be the end of it - you should have to kill another pillager captain with banner flag if you want to raid again.
Whats actually happening though, is that you'll finish a raid, receive hero of the village buff, AS WELL AS an "invisible" bad omen debuff, causing an entire second raid to start.
For the people in my realm and I'm sure many other realms, having to deal with a raid away from your raid farm AFK spot at your home base/villager trading hall/iron farm is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.
I've even encountered it where one person was at the raid farm AFK, I was at home base(trading hall/iron farm), and I had a raid start at home base, which is nearly 1000 blocks away from the raid farm.
*PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY*
There are many open bug reports on this topic, many more in depth explanations of what happens in this situation. People have said dying and respawning, drinking milk, distance of blocks between subjects, all common ways to end bad omen debuff, DO NOT WORK.
