I recently started up a new realm and entered "/gamerule playerssleepingpercenatges 1" to enable one person sleeping. Logged off and went on the next day with a few other players and found we all had to sleep to pass the night because the gamerule had reset to default. This needs to be addressed because I can't be online 24/7 to keep the gamerule saved.
