Several times now when I break an item (example picture frame or other "decorative" item) it will vanish rather than drop. first time it happened I figured it was a one-off incident with a bed, second time it happened was a hanging sign. but today it happened to 2 different picture frames one right after the other.
I checked all around the area, removed blocks to ensure it had not glitched through to a hole in the wall or floor.
I think to duplicate the issue, try picture frames. putting one up and taking it down over and over. the way we do when trying to get the right picture for the wall. in this instance it was when I was trying to put up a 1x2 picture.

Does this only occur on a realm or does the same issue occur in a local copy of the world?
Are you using any non-default game settings and if so, which ones?
Are you using any add-ons? If so, which ones (name and creator), and does the issue still occur if those are removed?
