Allay only dropping items to me and not dropping items to noteblock.

Latest Release 1.21 Minecraft Bedrock Edition on realm

I have 4 allays in a cauldron covered by a top slab with a noteblock next to it powered by observer clock shown in picture (I tried breaking the clock and playing noteblock by hand still no drops)

All the allays are holding tridents which are almost broken they pickup any type of tridents full durability less durability enchanted unenchanted tried all and no drops to noteblock only drops to me

There are no addons or behavior packs in the realm.
{*}All allays are duplicated from one of the allay in there.
Under  the cauldron is a hopper but I tried removing still no luck.
{*}Mob Griefing is turned on.
I couldnt find anything else that should matter on the internet.

And heres the funny part I tested this in singleplayer before I built this and it worked fine.

It still does after this problem I went back and tested.

I really dont know what is going on maybe its the realm
or maybe its some other factor that I dont know of but I really do need some pointers here if thats the case.
