I have replaced some music discs in a resource pack.
I have edited en_US.lang, en_GB.lang and sv_SE.lang with the new "artist - title" information in this resource pack aswell.
When I use the resource pack on my own superflat creative testing world, the music plays as expected and the text that pops up is correct as expected.
However when I play the discs on my realm world, the text is reverted to what the original disc was, but the music file plays just fine.
This is a very minor issue I understand, it just boggles my mind why it works in one instance and only half works in another.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rename a disc in X.lang (X=Language of your choice)
2. Make a resource pack applying this new X.lang
3. See in game that the disc displays with the correct "new" information
4. Create a realm using this resource pack
5. See in game on the realm that the disc reverts to it's old default information.Observed Results:
Discs do not retain information given in .lang when used on a realm.
They DO retain information when used in a single player game.Expected Results:
Discs should retain information given in the modified .lang as they do on a single player game.
