Feels like home achievement not completing. Brother did it just fine in front of me but won't work for me. I tried all the support tips and nothing worked. Tried different lava and it didn't work. Tried different strider and it didn't work. I've done it multiple times and it won't show complete or pop up complete. It has been over 24 hours and I have attempted again with nothing happening. My brother did it literally right before me on the realm and it won't do it for me. Other achievements are working as I did another achievement right after attempting this one.

I don’t know if it does it or not it would take time to get set up to try it in a single player world. The support team told me it was more than likely a bug.
So I tried a different Xbox and it worked. I tried the newer Xbox one. I have the original old Xbox one. But it also wasn’t working on my computer so I’m not sure if it’s a computer and original Xbox one bug. The Xbox I tried it on was an Xbox Series X for it to work.
I am resolving this as Cannot Reproduce since you were able to get the achievement. It is most likely a communication issue that is not related to the realm.

Does this only occur on a realm or does the same issue occur in a local copy of the world?
