I've been playing Minecraft for years, recently I've been playing more on my mobile phone since it's easier to take with me. Lately my realm is having issues. Every time I get in my own realm it either crashes my game or disconnects me and everyone else playing at the same time. I noticed it was just my account; I switched accounts on the same device and had no issues. My friends also had no issues. The only time anyone would get kicked out is if I join the server with my original account (aka the account that owns the realm.) I have spoken to Minecraft customer service and they said it could be a bug.
