Nintendo Switch and PS5 trophies/ achievements don't match and can't get downloadable content

When I switched from Nintendo switch to ps5 version of Minecraft I lost all of my achievements.I am using realms world.  On ps5 I tried to earn some of the achievements and earned trophies and I never see the downloadable wardrobe. I can't even see the locked clothes on the list in the dressing room. Please help. I've tried signing off everywhere and signing back on, but no dice. I read some posts and still am not clear on if this issue was ever fixed. I also seen pictures on here some ps5 players can see their locked clothes in the dressing room in which I can't at all. Not understanding what is happening but how can we get this solved or where is the answer to this, thanks.
