sanrio hello kitty and friends dlc. realm didn't work.

Hello. First of all, I'm very sad to discover an error in Minecraft that I love.

I've been paying [hello kitty and friends] for a few days now and adding it to the realm to play the game.

But two days ago I was stuck on the developer page(I think) and the game doesn't work .

Under normal circumstances I can't fly in the Sanrio Hello Kitty game but I'm flying.

I can also pass through walls and floors. But I can't do anything other than that.

I can't talk to Hello Kitty and her friends and no activity works. Also, time didn't go by, so when the night came, I just stopped at night.

To solve this problem, I deleted the game and downloaded it again, and deleted the app's cache, but the problem remains the same.
