although all restrictions in settings are lifted, the majority of the time the game tells you “you cannot play multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up” even though your xbox family settings are all allowing of the use of multiplayer. occasionally after shutting down and restarting the device multiplayer is randomly accessible till the app is next closed.
