Realm World chunks and creations got reset

Since the 1.13.1 update, my Realm has been behaving very weirdly and me and several of the people who play on the Realm have been experiencing disconnections and they get the attached below message "World stuck in FIXING for ..." . A while ago, I discovered that some creations we made and the whole base of one of the realm members have all been erased and it seems like some parts of the world have been reset. This is very weird and it's completely ruining our Realm experience. Please help!
