Glowstone and Lava will not glow if Marketplace texture packs are enabled

After last update, I am unable to get RTX to show glow effect on lava or glowstone or other similar glwoioong blocks unless i disable all non rtx texture packs purchased in the marketplace. I use JG RTX for block textrues and RTX and Vanilla HD as well for mob textures. they have both been working fine unitl yesterdays update. Now I can either have one or the other. I would like to be able to use RTX while still seeing high quality mobs in game. Help pls.
