So one time I was playing on my realm with my friends and one of them whispered the “OIIA OIIA” meme to the other with /tell, but I could still see it, even though he did not whisper to me and should only be seen by those people. I don't know much about it, but if it doesn't, just know I'm an operator and this was on a bedrock realm.
