Steps to reproduce the issue:
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition while logged into a valid Microsoft account.
On the main menu, click "Play."
Navigate to the "Realms" tab.
Wait for the Realms list to load.
Expected result:
The Realms tab loads successfully, showing available Realms and allowing access.
Actual result:
After a long loading period, an error message appears:
"Realms couldn't load. Something went wrong. Please try again later."
The Realms tab fails to load completely, making it impossible to access or manage Realms.

This issue is being tracked at REALMS-12823.
I am getting the same issue on my end too. I start up the game and try to load my realm so I can help my team out periodically with construction plans and developments and end up getting “Failed to load Realms”.
My general PC specs are as follows:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H 10c/16t @ 2,30ghz
32GB RAM / 3200 MT/s (2/2)
Intel(R) UHD Graphics
Intel(R) Arc(TM) A730M Graphics (6gb)*
*Game is configured to run from this GPU
