I am unable to launch into realms - there is a message showing 502 bad gateway. I tried quick play launching it and the message shows ‘failed to quick play, could not connect to realm'. The realm owner (my partner) is also having the same issues on his device. The realms subscription is paid and up to date. I’ve tried everything in the support pages but nothing is working. The internet connection in our house is working fine for everything else on both our laptops and other devices, with no issues. The only thing not working is Minecraft Realms so it isn't to do with our wifi.
Please can you help to fix this so we can launch into our realm?
