Mojang, since yesterday I've asked for all my patience with this server of yours, I signed up so I could bring my Xbox One map to my cell phone and I decided to put some Addons to play on the server, but I can't play on the server on my Xbox One and I can play on my cell phone. I'm already out of patience for these problems that have existed for years on this server. It's already the fifth Realms that I've done thinking that it had improved, I've already lost my patience because I can't even download the server map. I'm not the only one going through this, it's not many people that I've seen like on Reddit and Discord.
For this to happen, I just had to open Minecraft on my cell phone and the server simply wouldn't load and it was supposed to load as it was loading until this afternoon, on my Xbox One the server doesn't even open, it says it couldn't connect.
Environment
On my Android device, a Motorola Moto G54, the Realms server tab in Minecraft just won’t load. Additionally, the server I usually play on is not opening on my Xbox One.
Interestingly, the server runs perfectly fine on my phone, which is a bit less powerful than the Xbox One. But on the console, despite its better hardware, the server won’t load at all. This makes for a really frustrating gaming experience because I expected the Xbox One to handle things better.
So, in short: on Android, the server runs smoothly, but the Realms tab won’t load at all. On the Xbox One, the server doesn’t load at all.
