makes my stuff disappear when going in the end portal after killing dragon same with end city portals

Me and my friends were beating the game and when we were done i jumped in the portal witch brought me to the ending screen but after that it kicked me from the game and when I logged back in all my stuff was gone. like my nethrite armor and tools and then my friends went into the end city portal and the same thing happened to them.
