My realm is not working for anyone on it and when you load in we can't see our skins and kicks us out the game.

I had heard from some people that play my server that it broke and when I loaded on to check what it was I had no skin it was just a black and purple figure and 3 seconds later it kicks me out the game and apparently it does the same for everyone else on my realm whos tried loading on.
