Happy Ghasts cause lag

Whilst playing in a realm, we noticed lots of lag, after some testing, we found out this lag only occurs when a happy ghast is active in a world. This causes the game to be unplayable and when a boat is attached to the happy ghast the game experiences massive lag spikes, freezing, or crashing.
