Insane lag caused by happy ghasts

me and my buddies have this huge town in minecraft bedrock realms, however, our game ran very smooth and never had issues, but ever since we got ourselves 4 happy ghasts the lag is unbearable. I know for a fact its the happy ghasts because when I go away from them the lag is not there, this lag affects my powerful pc, my brothers very new xbox, and my friends average pc. the lag makes the game borderline unplayable. the lag in question is: drop and pickup delay, block placing sometimes failing, rubberbanding, when I hit a mob its delayed, and thats it.
