Happy Ghast dying in walls

I have spent some time and got a happy ghast in the new update. They keep flying into walls and dying even when in a space big enough for them to be. This is annoying because I have gotten several of them and they all died the same way. Some will live longer than others but they all have done it so far. Please fix this because I want to actually use this feature
