High lag in about one chunk of the nether

I had a nether portal linked to the area the strong hold to go to the end for easy access it was at y level 15 in the netherit its a very open area i cleared i made sure all the blocks where picked up and I broke the nether portal to see if that was the isse It was not. no idea why this is happening in a small area with huge lag
