Other players cannot see my messages in realm chat

So these are the steps that I did before :

1.Enabled and allowed everything on xbox privacy

2.I dont have any shadow ban

3.I did not mute my chat or others' chat

I used an alt account to join the realm , everyone including my main account can see my alt account message , my alt account can also see my main account’s messages , but it is specifically other players can’t see my main account messages in realm chat , is there a reason for that ?
