The original city texture pack by Mojang hasn’t worked on Bedrock in the Minecraft game for years. Every update fails to fox this bug.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the pack when loading any map with the selected texture the game will pop up saying “There was a problem loading pack "City Texture Pack". Restarting your game or redownloading the pack might solve the issue.” The game should load the pack like any other texture.
